Whether you’re new to sport, returning after time away, or bringing experience from another athletic background, there’s a place for you here. Our coaches focus on skill development, confidence-building, and fostering a team culture that values effort, growth, and inclusivity.

Join us to challenge yourself, meet new people, and discover what rugby can offer, no matter your background or previous experience.

Junior Girls

Ages 13+

Our junior girls program is open to players of all skill levels, whether you’ve played other sports or are trying rugby for the first time.

Coaches guide each player step by step, helping young athletes develop fundamental skills, improve coordination, and build confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.

Beyond learning the game, participants gain teamwork, resilience, and the joy of being part of a supportive team. It’s a place to try something new, make friends, and discover what you’re capable of.

Senior Women

Ages 18+

Our senior women’s program welcomes players of all backgrounds—from complete beginners to athletes from other sports and former competitors returning to the game.

Whether you’re looking for a new challenge, a way to stay active, or the chance to be part of a team, our experienced coaches provide guidance and support at every stage.

The program focuses on learning the game, improving fitness, and personal growth, giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Currently, our senior players compete as part of the Saskatoon Kirin team, giving them the chance to play in a competitive league while developing as a Panther.

If we have enough players to field our own team in the future, we’ll be able to compete independently, but for now, this partnership allows our athletes to gain game experience, improve their skills, and be part of a larger rugby community.
