Training

Our training schedule for 2026 will be posted as soon as it’s finalized

During the winter months, our senior women’s team trains less frequently, with indoor sessions focused on staying active and building skills.

 

Once the weather warms up, we move outdoors and host regular practices, typically twice a week, alongside matches every other weekend.
